Couple looking out the window of a bright, furnished apartment at The Kensington, Sydney, with all the offer for "Exchange on $25K deposit"

Buying your next home just got easier at The Kensington. For a limited time, eligible buyers can secure a brand new, completed apartment in Kensington, Sydney with an initial deposit of just $25,000. The offer also gives you more time to plan and the flexibility to change course if your circumstances change.

For many buyers, the biggest hurdle isn’t finding the right apartment. It’s the timing: finding the deposit, selling an existing property and lining up finance all at once. This offer is designed to take some of that pressure off.

Secure Your Apartment with a $25,000 Initial Deposit

Taking the first step towards a new home shouldn’t mean committing a large amount upfront. Under The Kensington’s exclusive offer, eligible buyers can secure a brand new, completed apartment with an initial deposit of just $25,000.

This lets you lock in your preferred apartment while keeping more cash available as you organise your finances. It’s especially valuable if you’re:

  • Upsizing or downsizing and still working through the sale of your current home
  • A first home buyer building your savings
  • An investor looking to secure a quality property while keeping capital available
  • Relocating and needing time to organise your move

Enjoy an Extended 120-Day Settlement Period

Buying property involves more than finding the right home. You may need time to arrange finance, coordinate the sale of your existing property or manage other commitments.

That’s why the offer includes an extended 120-day settlement period, giving you more room to:

  • Arrange your home loan and finalise approvals
  • Sell or prepare your existing property
  • Plan your move into your new apartment

Because your apartment is already completed, you know exactly what you’re buying, with no waiting for construction.

A 90-Day Exit Option for Added Flexibility

A property purchase is an important decision, and a little extra flexibility can make it more reassuring. The offer includes an option to withdraw within the first 90 days, subject to applicable conditions. If you choose to exercise this option, $10,000 of your initial deposit will be retained in accordance with the offer conditions.

Please review the full contractual terms and conditions to understand the requirements before you proceed.
